Delays

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Minamart is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
